1. Services Overview
SafeHand LifeCare provides home healthcare services including but not limited to:
- •Nursing Care at Home
- •Doctor Home Visits
- •Tele-Consultation Services
- •Elderly & Bedridden Care
- •Physiotherapy at Home
- •Injection & IV Services
- •Medical Equipment Support
All services are subject to availability, patient condition, and medical suitability.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- •You are 18 years or older, or using services under guardian supervision
- •All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
3. Medical Disclaimer (Very Important)
- •SafeHand LifeCare provides supportive and professional healthcare services at home
- •Our services do not replace hospital or emergency medical care
- •In case of emergency, immediately contact nearest hospital or emergency services
- •Tele-consultations are advisory only and should not be considered a final diagnosis
4. Medication & Treatment Policy (Added – Critical Protection)
- •All medications will be administered strictly as per doctor's prescription
- •Our staff will not prescribe or modify any medication
- •Caregivers are responsible only for medication reminders (non-medical role)
- •SafeHand LifeCare is not liable for adverse reactions due to incorrect or incomplete medical information provided by the patient/family
5. Appointment & Booking Policy
- •Services must be booked through official channels only
- •Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
- •Same-day or emergency bookings are not guaranteed
6. Payment Terms
- •Service charges will be communicated prior to confirmation
- •Payment must be made in advance or immediately after service
- •Delayed payments may result in service interruption
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- •Cancellation must be informed at least [X hours] in advance
- •Late cancellations may incur partial/full charges
- •Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on payment mode
8. Patient Responsibilities
The patient or family agrees to:
- •Provide accurate medical history and prescriptions
- •Follow medical advice and instructions
- •Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff
- •Ensure respectful behavior with healthcare staff
9. Limitation of Liability (Strong Legal Section)
SafeHand LifeCare shall not be held liable for:
- •Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the patient/family
- •Medical complications beyond professional control
- •Delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, emergencies)
- •Any decision taken independently by patient/family against medical advice
10. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal and medical information is handled with strict confidentiality as per our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
SafeHand LifeCare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
